EXCLUSIVE STANDS
The general developer of the Exhibition is the Nauka Group Company
Exhibitors are allowed to leave on September 17 from 18:00 to 21:00, on the basis of a corresponding «Permission to leave» issued by the Organizer.
The Participant must agree with the Organizer:
carrying out artistic design work outside the exhibition stand; the possibility of pasting informational advertising and other products on the structure of the stand and exhibition equipment; term, content, venue of show programs, seminars, conferences; the possibility of realization of information and advertising production outside the stand, distribution of printed publications (mass media) from the stand, photo and video shooting on the territory of the exhibition.
The organizer is not responsible for the safety of the Participant’s property (its damage or theft) during the exhibition.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of participation in the exhibition before the Participant signs the application.
There is a system of discounts for permanent participants of the exhibition.
The Participant undertakes to comply with the rules of safety, fire safety, and the mode of operation of the exhibition.
Expenses related to customs control are paid by the Participant in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
